These terms of service apply from 15 September 2023.
Privacy policy
All the customer information is kept confidential. The following notice explains the information we collect and how it is used.
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers at checkout:
- Name
- Shipping/Billing Address
- Email address
- Credit/Debit Card Information
This information is used only to verify and fill the customer’s order. The information has to be accurate and in case any changes or corrections are required they will be implemented immediately.
Customers' name and shipping address will be stored for future orders.
The website uses cookies only to make necessary technical functions possible.
Marketing emails are sent only if the customer has subscribed to our newsletter. The newsletter subscription can be canceled anytime by replying the email and asking for cancellation.
Shipping policy
You can see the available shipping alternatives at the checkout. The shipping cost will be added to the price of the product. The shipping cost inside of Europe vary between 2,50-25,00 € depending on the size of the order and the shipping type and provider. The prize of orders worth 200 € and more include free shipping inside of Europe.
The products can be shipped to all Europe except for large paintings. If you wish to order products to any country outside of Europe, please contact us via contact form and we will calculate the postal costs individually.
The delivery time depends on the shipping type and on wether the product is commissioned or ready in stock. The paintings are always ready in stock and they will be sent in 2 working days after the order at the latest. Part of the macrame products are commissioned and they will be sent in 5 working days after the order at the latest. RajalaTaide is not responsible for delays of the delivery that are due to the shipping partners or that are caused by a force majeure event.
A parcel that has arrived to a pickup point must be picked until the due date that has been mentioned in the notice of arrival. The order can't be canceled by not picking up the delivery. In case the delivery is sent back to the sender without cancellation of the order, the customer will be charged both the price of the delivery, returning costs and possibly new delivery costs.
Refund policy
EU citizens have the right to return products within 14 days of purchase. The refundable product must be in original, faultless condition. If you wish to return the order, contact jenni.rajala@rajalataide.fi with your order number. The customer is responsible for paying all the shipping costs. The right to return applies also to commissions unless otherwise agreed when order is made.
